The customer service was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room was comfortable and met my expectations. I also used the gym facilities, which were well-maintained and in good condition. Overall, the property offers good facilities and provides a pleasant stay experience.

There were a few minor issues during my stay. I found some used tissues left in the trash bin when I checked in, which was likely an oversight by the cleaning staff. The swimming pool was also very crowded during the school holiday period, and the water appeared less clean than expected because of the large number of users. Another challenge was parking. Parking within the building area is chargeable, while the surrounding public parking spaces are often full. As a result, I had to park further away in an open area and walk back to the property. This seems to be a common issue around the K Avenue area and can be inconvenient for guests travelling by car.
