TRThe fact that the property was super clean and nicely renovated throughout. Really impressed with the small touches that made a real difference. It was really comfortable for six people to stay in the house. Definitely on top of our list when we come back to Bournemouth and Poole.
AUWe didn't get to stay at the house we booked and we were only informed of the problem in the morning of the stay. Instead we stayed in an apartment above a shop. There were 5 of us all over the age of 70 so the stairs were a problem. This property was approximately £100 cheaper than what I paid however I was told I would only receive £50 refund which I still haven't received despite giving my bank details. I'm back in Australia now and don't hold much hope of getting refunded.
