La Suite 2 Ondina Viareggio 200m from sea - Happy Rentals

The apt is really near the beach and all amenities. The host was easy to contact and it was easy to access the house.

The flat was clean and nice, close to the beach.

The communication and problem solving skills from the agency was not acceptable. We received a lot of messages and emails in different languages. They were also asking us to pay for stg which we were mot aware, the agent didnt help up he only said i should pay and wrote back to the email address i received. After we contacted booking and it found out that we dont need to pay anything else… The biggest issue was…When we arrived home after a beach day there was no hot water and the agent was really not helpful. We told him that we need to take a shower and we cannot wait tomorrow morning 9:30 for the boilermaker will arrive because we had a planned trip in the early morning. So without hot water it was inconvenient. The issue was not that they could not solve it asap, the problem was that they didn't try to help or give any other solutions. When we were asking about taxi at our first day, he didnt understand what i was asking and not even tried to understood or help. When we told him that we would like to have same compensation because of the hot water issue, he only said we should tell our opinion at booking, after we left. There is no mirror in the flat, we were four girls and there was one mirror in the bathroom. All in all, i would not recommend this accommodation because it is not theirs, so they are not helpful at all.

Suite Ondina 2 was a very nice, modern, spacious apartment, very clean, good beds. It was within a 5 minute walk of the sea front and the many commercial beach services operators. It was also very close to a large variety of shops, stores, restaurants and the bus terminus, and within about a 15 minute walk of the train station. Pre-arrival Leonardo from the Happy Rentals Company provided a lot of useful information, and his colleague, Gianluca, was most helpful in getting the apartment keys to us at Pisa Airport and in arranging transport when our arrival in Viareggio was delayed due to a major storm in the area. Very grateful to him for all his help.

No complaints at all but a microwave could be useful.

Happy rentals were easy to contact and the appartment was very clean well located and close to lovely promenade and beach.Lots of nice restaurants and kind helpful Italian people ..I would return and be glad to highly recommend it.

Option of having electric kettle iwould of been useful.

The property is newly completed and very fresh. It’s ample sized and has most things you’d need. Plenty of towels, spare bedding and a welcome kit With sponge and soaps. The location is very handy, just one block off the promenade and also surrounded by cafes and restaurants. It’s very clean and in a safe area. Lovely air conditioning too.

The pillows are poor and lumpy. They really need to be changed. Otherwise the beds Would have been very good. There was no tea towel or glove for Using a hot oven, minor detail! The recycling bins could be explained better we spent a lot of time googling. There is self check-in but it involves driving to Forte di Marmi to collect a key. A representative met us at The airport instead which was appreciated.

Apartment was very modern and clean. The apartment is managed by Happy Rentals who were very very helpful.

When we booked it wasn't clear that we would need to pick the keys up 20kms away at the agent's office and the advert also suggested there was on street parking available near the apartment but didn't mention that we would have to pay. There also wasn't enough bedding for the time of year in one of the rooms and we had to improvise with what was in the apartment for the sofabed that we needed to use.
