Great location and decor

Staff were unfriendly on reception. Terrace staff were young and not very organised. Rooms smelt of damp and very hot not able to turn radiators off

Location is excellent for exploring the centre of Cheltenham. Our room was good with a bath in the bedroom and rain shower in ensuite. Very clean. Dyson hair dryer is a nice touch

Sadly the wifi was very poor in our room and we had to keep trying to reconnect it. A lack of storage space for toothbrushes etc in the bathroom, and it was a little dark for getting ready in the evening

breakfast/coffee very good.

room was disappointing. basement floor was lacking natural light. woken up by outdoor speakers from restaurant (even though there were no guests outside!)
