Good location, very central Gorgeous rooms Fabulous Japanese Superb staff

Room key card system wasn’t working, however this was rectified before bedtime!

The rooms were very well designed and furnished. Felt like a strong premium product. I have been consistently upgraded when I have arrived, which is always a nice touch.

For elderly guests, be very careful when booking and seek accessible rooms. The rooms that I stayed in have consistently been based in the basement. The steps are very steep and hallways narrow!
