Nothing was arranged , Room was still duty of previous visitors - keys was also not available - when we got to flat the door was just open. I refused to stay at the premises and told the owner to refund me

The location of the flat was beautiful, all amenities were close by, the beach was in eyes view, the layout of the flat was modern and very clean, beds were comfortable and it it had privacy.

There was nothing really to complain about.
