Very secure, nice check-in and location lovely.

There was some water on the bathroom floor when we arrived. Maybe someone should see if there is not a leakage somewhere.

The place is located in a nice quite area and very safe with 14/7 access control security.

The "private beach" is almost 2km away and to walk is no option. Residents have their own golf carts yet there was no golf cart to travel to this "private beach". The photographs and advertisements portray a "private swimming pool" that is "on the owners property" which is not true. This is a communal swimming pool. The bedding has not been changed or cleaned and smelled like a female was sleeping on the bed. The white bench in front of the bed has a broken leg piece and is quite wobbly. There is no indication that we should bring our own milk. They provided us with 4 x 20ml Parmalat milk pods. Everything was counting to the exact amount 4 x sachets of coffee, 4 x sugar pods, 4 x tea bags, and no indication prior that you should bring your own milk or coffee. The doors (front and back) needs urgent maintenance and the bedside lamp switch is faulty, I almost got electrocuted. The toilet seat is loose and makes it an uncomfortable experience when going to the loo. The small fridge does not make any of the items in the fridge cool and might require a service. The garage is small and there not sufficient space for any car to park.
