ESLas vistas, impresionantes. No usamos casi nada. Pero las cocina muy bien equipada. Los amenities muy bien. Las sábanas muy bien.
Es una pena que teniendo unas vistas así, tengan los cristales más sucios q he visto nunca. La limpieza en general muy floja. Lo peor los cristales. Algunas cosas muy mal mantenidas.

USThe location is excellent, and the beach access and pool were great. Good supplies for the unit - sponge dish soap etc., and very good communication from the property throughout.
No hot water during entire stay. Tried at 3 pm, 11pm, 6 pm on 2 different days. Every time the shower wasn't warm/hot. This is fine for adults but my kids didnt like the cold showers. Both sinks were clogged up as well, would be good to get a plumber out there to fix all the issues.

USThe location used to be the Playboy Hotel, then the Hyatt; neat building! In pretty good shape relatively speaking. Pipes are '66 lead but $5 water gallon sold at pool-level (LL) store. The Turkish Baths cost a lot extra so we didn't see it. We didn't drink on this trip so I can't review the pools tiki bar although the menu looked reasonable and the music was Miami :) The pool walked right onto the Boardwalk and ocean beach; the view from the balcony is $1M. If it were my rental, I'd put 1 bed and 1 futon in the bedroom and the other bed and futon in the livingroom (so in essence 2bdrm 2 bath), 1 of the mattresses sink twrds the middle; I'd replace that too, fix the leak in the main bathroom shower stall, install matching hardware on dbl entry doors as well as glass sliders and exhaust the AC out of the wall with a finished louver exhaust so both the mstr bdrm doorwalls would be fully functional again. The linens and towels were so comfortable and great! Perfect amt of cups mugs plates and cutlery for the 4 of us adults. Appliances made it feel like home. We didn't use the stackable w&d in the mstr bath. Tvs were small; I'd definitely put 60" tvs in a unit like this. Wifi was spotty. We requested more washcloths and had fresh ones within a half hr or so. We killed a roach in the mstr bath when we 1st got in the room. Day 2, we killed 1 on the mstr bdrm wall in the corner by the bed. Day 4 we killed 1 on the main bath door molding and last Day 5 there was a dead 1 on the mstr bdrm floor near the bath. Mid Beach was nicer newer safer quieter than south beach. Free trolley was great. The cleaning crew did a great job; not a spec of sand in our room upon arrival. The bugs are either from the plumbing or the way the doorwall exhausts AC. 40m uber from the airport $35. Walgreens/Publix/PizzaHut 1.5mi north, pleasant 30m walk each way.
