PALM TREES by BOURNECOAST - A Lovely Two Bedroom VICTORIAN HOLIDAY HOME Located in a Popular Area - HB8500

Everything was great. There is everything you need, a store nearby and the beach is 5 minutes by car where there is free parking. We had a wonderful holiday.

The first floor, where a possibly black dog used to live, was poorly cleaned. My white Bichon Frise puppy turned in grey in a day :( I had to scrub the floor 3 times.

Location was within very good walking distance of lovely beach, prom and local shops. Good size garden. Plenty bedding and towels available. Kitchen was very well stocked with equipment etc. The info guide was clear and reassuring, although we weren't entirely clear which bin was for the recyling

Slight smell of damp in the hallway on arrival. There are a couple of gaps in the fences which could do with securing to prevent little dogs who visit escaping. One at the side - under the lounge window and and one right at the back where the washing line area is.

Cleaner did not clean the house properly,Dog poo in the garden,my kids coild not go to the garden all through our stay

The location was great, the enclosed garden was brilliant for dogs. Lovely bright clean house. Really comfortable, we felt at home very quickly.
