Lift isn’t working

The location and parking is ideal. The layout of the apartment was nice and it was larger than we expected. The TV in the bedroom was ideal

There is quite a bit of damage/stains and scuffs in the apartment. The handle on the front door of the apartment fell off in my hand, and internally, the handle is broken, too. I did report this and was advised that the maintenance guy would be with us within the hour to fix it. Unfortunately he did not arrive within the hour and we needed to go out. When we returned, the door handle was removed, assuming the guy eventually turned up to fix it once we were out. The threshold into the living room is broken, stains in curtains/towels, and scuffs on kitchen work tops / walls. Black mould on shower head, of which I cleaned myself, it took minimal effort to clean and i believe this was reported by another visitor about 12 months ago of which the response was that this would be incorporated into the cleaning of apartments which is clearly not happening. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, not only is it 2 singles pushed together (which usually doesnt bother me) my side had a great dip in it and unless I was sleeping in the gap in the middle or on the outside edge, there was no way to even get remotely comfortable. The toilet did not flush properly. The shower did not seem to get particularly hot compared to the bathroom and kitchen sink. On arrival there was an awful smell in the apartment, similar to the smell of bins/rubbish. We opened the balcony doors of which it seemed to ease after a while.

This apartment was perfect for our short stay, great location and facilities.

The apartment was in good condition

Everything was good. It was just the lift undergoing maintenance, hope it will be sorted ASAP. The rest was good.

Perfect location, clean accommodation and comfy stay.

Could’ve had some AC unit in there but the weather does vary in this country so I’d understand why they wouldn’t have a fan or AC.

The location was great and the secured car park Kitchen utilities were adequate although I didn’t use it Good space

The hot water was not working Aesthetic of the room is a bit outdated and had this smell in the bedroom. Not really sure how to describe it but oldish type of smell. Drain in the tub may need a some unclogging as it was not draining easily. The towel by the sink still had a bit of stain on it
