Hotspring Suite 2102 @ Sunway Onsen Neighbour of Lost World of Tambun for 2-4pax

The onsel pool and the swimming pool was good.

1. I keyed in the room search meant for 3 adults and 1 child but to my shock there was only 1 room in the unit. Super disappointed. 2. When I arrived at the posbox there was no key in the posbox. Had to contact the person in charge for the key. 3. The wifi given was not connecting. I used my data throughout my stay. 4. The toilet was full of urine smell overnight and highly was from the shower area drainage. 5. The usage of the pool in swimwear was very unreasonable as even drifit tshirt for ladies were not allowed. Given the senior age of my sister in law she does not wear swimwear.there was no flexibility and understanding by the security. 6. The shower water was not strong at all.
