Plenty of beds for the 11 of us that stayed there. 2 full bathrooms plus one toilet with sink. There were tea/coffee supplies, fresh milk, fresh bread, biscuits, cereals etc when we arrived. Communication with the owner was exceptional. Easy walk from the train station and close to shops, restaurants and pubs. Heating worked well and lots of hot water. Fridge/Freezer plus small fridge in the kitchen, very handy for large groups.

If you want the maximum beds I think you have to rent the additional property at the rear of the main house, that was not clear. We had to keep the 2 downstairs doors closed as there was only some plasterboard (drywall) between us and other space so we needed to be quiet around that area. We only had 10 folding kitchen chairs so not enough for our group of 11. The kitchen is a bit short of plates and glasses. The lighting in the kitchen is poor, very hard to see to cook or prep food. The tumble dryers took a really long time to dry clothes due to their design. The washers were good. The upstairs bedroom at the rear of the property and its landing had a strange smell, a bit like old cigarette smoke. The parking is on grass so very muddy when it’s been raining. The access between the homes is very narrow. There was plenty of toilet paper but bring your own shampoo etc.

The rhouse was nice and clean. The house is in a nice location, near to local shops and amenities. Staff/owner vey helpful and accommodating - Happily parked 3 cars at the house.

No issues, all aspects of the stay as expected.
