"Hidden costs, basic facilities broken."

Location was good. It was well equipped with iron, kitchen facilities etc.

The property would not let me check in until I paid a £150 deposit – something which was not highlighted at the point of booking. My stay was eight days ago and I am still waiting for my deposit to be refunded. The cold water tap in the kitchen did not work. The bed was uncomfortable and felt like it was broken. The shower was weak and lukewarm.

Nice apartment, centrally located that felt secure TV with Netflix and Prime was added bonus

Had to upload I.D that wasn't stated on booking.com cleary before I booked and caused hassle as I didn't have any with me after paying , also 2 weeks for deposit to drop back in for a 1 night stay is excessive to say the least.
