We have stayed in Scarborough many times over the years and in quite a number of different hotels. This was the first time we have stayed in an apartment and it was a brilliant experience. The host (Chris) met us in the car park as arranged and then we had a walk round of the premises. Everything was as it should be and we would definitely stay again.

We couldn't get a signal on the televisions during our stay (outside issue) .

Loved the decor, the facilities, the layout, absolutely perfect. Nice and quiet, comfortable beds, very clean, fantastic host, looking forward to staying again.

We were met by Paul and Kris who showed us the ropes. Tastefully decorated, warm, comfortable bed, parking space a plus, Lovely place to stay not far from the beach and town.

"Great place to stay"

The apartment was beautiful! We loved the decor and furnishings. We were surprised by how big the apartment was, really spacious. It was equipped with everything we needed and more. The beds were comfortable so we slept well although my daughter in the upstairs bedroom was kept awake by the sound of the rain on the skylight windows. Chris was excellent, he rang to check on our arrival, met us at the apartment when we arrived and showed us into the apartment and explained everything including how to use the heating. When we left we just sent him a text and left the keys in the apartment. The private parking spot was a real added bonus.

Not a criticism,more of a suggestion, the upstairs bedroom needs a mirror for doing hair etc.

"Lovely Apartment, home from home!"

Lovely apartment and very clean. Very comfortable Good host Would definately stay again.

The banister to the top bedroom was a bit loose. One of the chairs was held together with string. The fan in the top bedroom was very dusty. I actually cleaned it myself before use. However these were minor things...the rest made up for it!

"WAVE GOODBYE TO STRESS"

The initial contact with Chris, who showed us the apartment and gave his own unmistakable love of Scarborough and the immediate surroundings set a favourable first impression. The rest of the holiday was about whether we made the most of a fabulous seaside resort and all of it's beauty.

It's be very picky if I mentioned anything because the apartment and the location suited our needs.
