St Martin's View, 17 Easby Hall, 2 Bedroom, 2 bathroom with free private parking

Chris, the host, is friendly, helpful, and kind. He also knows a lot about the history of the area. The apartment is charming and has everything you need, plus a few nice touches. We are two pensioners with mobility challenges, and it was fine for us. A few stairs to negotiate but railings in situ.

Everything about this gorgeous apartment was perfect! The accommodation is extremely clean, very spacious and well equipped with all you could possibly need for a self- catering stay in wonderful Scarborough. The host was so helpful and, by allowing us to drop our bags early, we were able to make the most of every second we were there. Thank you Chris.

Chris met us as planned in the car park, and showed us around the apartment.

On arrival parking was easy in the dedicated parking space. Our host met as as pre-arranged and took us up to the apartment where we were advised of everything we needed to know. The main room ( open plan lounge/dining/kitchen) was a good size for two people and was equipped for four. Twin bedded room and bathroom also on the lower floor. Double bedded room with en suite shower room on the upper floor. Both bedrooms were of a good size and the beds really comfortable. Plenty of storage space. A fan was supplied for cooling ( we needed it as it was a hot couple of days). Clean and spacious lift up to the third floor apartment.

Don't expect a sea view - this property is in an urban street a short walk from the seafront. There is no outside area for sitting. Not negative comments - you will probably be on the beach or at the waterfront all day anyway .

The facilities and the location was 2nd to none. Chris was very welcoming.
