Blood on the bed sheets. Bathrooms and towels Not clean. Pay with cash and took additional cash deposit of 50% of the cost to stay, forcing me to withdraw unnecessary rupees on arrival. Forced to ride dangerously on moped to withdraw money from ATM rather than taking card as advertised. no helmet offered. Pool closed on Mondays. This is not made clear in the offering and was a reason for me booking this property. Ant infestation that I have received multiple bites from. Toilets not clean and half used toilet roll Location is terrible. Wrong side of goa for beaches and surrounded by construction. no way to get taxis/uber without asking security, who I didn't want to talk to after they were racist to my original driver. No food or shops within walking distance that were open into the evening. No beaches within walking distance asked for refund. neither Booking nor the property engaged in a positive manner to ensure a reasonable refund. literally stay anywhere else in Goa for a similar price to this property and you will have a better experience, and might not get ripped off.
