Property was a very dated 19 year old caravan in an average state of repair with uncomfortable beds and sofas. We could have hired a newer caravan directly from site at a better price.

Toilet cubicle too small. Uncomfortable bed. Fridge too small.
GBThe caravan was clean with very clean bedding ( duvet pillows etc ). It was right next to the play park. Not relevant to us now, but good to know. We had no use of the holiday park facilities which was expected, but the area was kept very well by the maintenance team. Very close to the lovely beach area ( although swimming was not recommended due to pollution). Plenty of other swimming beaches a short walk away a beautiful walks. The caravan was comfortable with everything you needed.
Only nit picky things, more for feedback than an actual complaint... We stayed during a very hot week. And needed to buy a fan as the caravan was hot even with doors and windows open. A lovely decking area and table but a parasol would have been useful this week! Although not directly the responsibility of the cleaning team, as I mention it was overall very clean, but much of the crockery and glasses etc hadn't been cleaned very well, coffee cups with rings, greasy glasses etc. Could do with a check over, although we've probably solved some of that now. As I say nit picky lol.

Site dismal, not much effort to look nice. Nowhere under cover to sit with drink with dog. Restaurant food bland.

Master bed wasn’t comfortable, bed sagged in the middle as there was no middle support for the bed base. Caravan was opposite a park- Pro: could see children playing while washing pots! Con: could hear lots of children screaming continuously up til 9pm.
