Excellent condo, very comfortable. I like the way the building is designed. We felt safe with the 24x7 front desk attendant. We enjoyed the rooftop pool and views. I recommend having a car if you stay here, but we did ok without one. There are a few good restaurants within a short walk, and you can access the beach 9am-6pm with a short walk through the nearby Riu resort.

The exterior of the building was well landscaped with tall cactuses. The suite was beautifully designed, clean and up to date appliances. Everything was provided including beach towels, chairs, blanket and toys for going to the beach and pool! The bed was very comfortable. It exceeded my expectations! Thank you

Keep in mind the beach is 5 minutes away and accessible through another hotel. Their gate closes at 6pm.

Clean unit with fully operational kitchen. Close to everything you need in Cabo.

Some construction in the area; dusty outside.

Construction noise starting early morning and continuing all day

The property itself is very nice. The rooms beds and bathrooms clean and beyond expectations in quality and function. The kitchen was very useful for making our own meals and hanging out with family

The property has an access to the ocean near the main gate of another hotel(Ryu) the entrance opens at 8 am and closes at 6 pm. Medrano beach is right there but only accessible thru this close entrance at the times mentioned- either drive to another access point or wait for those times- no other problems, there is some noise from construction of nearby hotels but it was not too bad most of the time- just city noises

Great location and very clean. Condo was very well stocked. 5 minute walk from the beach. Close to Walmart, Costco, and the Marina. Close to everything, but nice and quiet at Amaterra. There is construction next door, but never bothered us. Small gym to use and nice rooftop pool

New property with central location. Ez Uber or local bus to everything. Washer and dryer was great plus. Rooftop pool has great view. 24 hour security keeps everyone safe. Many streaming channels with Netflix and Amazon prime.

It's a quiet complex but construction on the property next door might bother some. Could use more USB charging stations.
