Comfortable. Easy to go to Penang town & finding foods. Air conditioners each and every room working very well. Everything okay but the mattress of every room abit harder . View from my room was very good and i really enjoyed.

Have an unpleasant smell whenever using the washroom after check in, and glass cups which is provide by the apartment. Should more consider about the cleanliness of the toilet and the glass cups. Have to provide dustbin for each room, there is only one at the kitchen there. Should povide trash bags, dishwashing liquid, spoons, forks and etc.

All is good except for the elevator, wait almost 40 minutes to get into elevator during peak hour (10.30 am-1pm).
