Caravan was nice (but not cleaned when we arrived) but luckily owners sent someone round to clean, who was lovely and friendly and cleaned caravan to high standard. Near the beach.

Didn't realise we needed pass to get into clubs and facilities such as swimming. Wanted £250 for pass for 3 days for family! This should be made clear as no point being on haven site if can't use facilities!!

The caravan was clean and in excellent condition. The location of the caravan was perfect, near to the main facilities. Just a short walk to the fab swimming pool which the children loved, especially the wavy slides. Lovely direct access to the sandy beach. I would definitely recommend this caravan and the caister site.

If we stayed again we would utilise the pull out sofa bed for my very tall 11 year old daughter. The beds in the children's room were very narrow and she fell out of bed.
