We loved this property. Everything was well presented & spotless when we arrived. The living area was spacious, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped & the outside space was superb, with stunning views. We were a 10 minute walk from a selection of restaurants, shops, bars & the harbour & well situated to explore Mt Tiede.

There was nothing we didn’t like about this property.

Lovely apartment very close to the town of Los Gigantes. The views of the cliffs are exceptional. It was very well equipped for our family of four, kitchen especially had all the amenities you'd need. However, the ant problem really does need to be sorted. Beds/linen were comfy, very handy having the two well stocked bathrooms. The hot water will run out after two showers we found but returns after a while. The parasol on the balcony has yet to be fixed. The internet we didn't use but found the smart TV very handy in the evenings. One lesson we learned is to do your research on the town festivities beforehand. Little did we know it was Carnival for the entire week (this wasn't communicated by the host either) and loud music which reverberated back to our street was going all day and into the small hours (3-4am) of the next day. There was construction next door (which we read from previous reviews and were prepared for) but that was nothing compared to the music. Nearly a whole week without much sleep can dampen one's experience, and when this was communicated to the host (to leave a day early and find another place so we could get sleep for our journey home the next day) their response was not only rude but unhelpful. A suggestion - perhaps leave an instruction booklet on the property, info about the town, excursions, restaurant recommendations etc. Yes, this can be done yourselves before travelling but is very handy for those with children or last minute bookers. A lovely apartment with potential but due to that experience we would not stay here again.

Lovely apartment with great views from the terrace and located at the dead end street, so it is pretty quiet. The kitchen was well equipped, beds comfortable and wi-fi fast. Recommend!

The location is good, but there are plenty of better maintained apartments in Los Gigantes at the same price point, hosted by much kinder and more professional hosts.

We’ve had great stays in other apartments in Los Gigantes before, but this one was ruined by the property manager’s dishonesty. They claimed construction next door was finished, but it clearly wasn’t upon arrival. The apartment also had an ant infestation, which was addressed, but it should’ve been caught during cleaning. The interior was dated and not at the standard I have come to expect for the same price, with poor, discoloured bedding. Wouldn’t recommend this one. I noticed that a corkscrew mentioned as being faulty by a guest back in November still hadn’t been replaced by January – small details like this show a real lack of care in hospitality.

Spacious apartment with sea view and Los Gigantes. The size of the balcony is good for al fresco dining. There is also a terrace at the back which is handy for hanging out the washing. The location is excellent for walking into the center of town. There is a garage but we found parking everyday on the road close to the apartment. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. We enjoyed our stay there despite the noise.

There is major renovation work in the house next door. There were noises from drilling, banging and also cement mixing most days. Apparently the work has been going on for months. A couple of mornings, we didn't have breakfast on the balcony because of the noise. The kitchen cupboards are untidy and the frying pans are very scratched. The end of stay cleaning charge is very high.

Excellent location, amazing views from patio. Nice apartment for family stay. Clean and very well equipped. Garage is a big advantage.

Guys, it's awful to have such bad corkscrew))). Seriously, it was a big stress every time when we tried to open some wine. A dishwasher will be a big advantage as well
