Unit # 1 - Right Next to Howard University

The location was convenient. The unit has everything required for the comfortable stay.

The unit requires minor fixes.

This location would have been very close to our destination of Howard University.

I feel slighted. This is my first time using booking.com and according to the pictures the apartment looked clean however, upon arrival, it was not at all clean. The air exchange was absolutely filthy. The bedding was not changed. The floor is coming apart, and there were hairs all over the bathroom and the toilet was filthy. Old is one thing but dirty is another. We stayed at this location for a total of three hours before we went and checked into a local hotel that was clean. I won’t ever use booking.com again and I would not recommend this property to anyone. Not worth the $600 - lesson learned.

Bed sheets need to be thrown away and new ones need to be brought as well as the shower curtain and the shower needs a deep cleaning

Located close to the bus stop. The bed was comfortable. Communication was prompt and helpful.

The floors turn your feet black. The dryer sounded like a construction crew. The bathroom was far too small. The unit overall is in poor repair. The couch is too low to sit on unless you're young with good knees. The love seat slides back when you sit down. The walls are paper thin. The neighbors sound like they are sitting next to you. The neighborhood is rowdy until wee hours in the morning. There seems to be a bike gang that likes to cruise on the street in atv type vehicles. Very loud. I've never heard so many sirens on any vacation I've ever taken. Every night. All night.

It was cold and couldn’t turn up the heat the heat was only on 69 and they told me to use this small desktop heater which didn’t do much

The bed was very comfortable. Had everything that I needed and was close to my job

Very noisy guest during my first night. More quiet the second night.
