"The flat could be a lot more cosy and welcoming if only the management would care about it more."

The location.

Its bareness, no minimum essentials provided by the owner/management team. Also, there were quite a few insects roaming around. There is a loud bar just under the property which makes it difficult to sleep at night due to the music and drunken people shouting.
