The dryers "End of Cycle" signal scared the sh#t of us everytime. Also the cabin down the hill had the porch light on the whole time. Kind of annoying in the hot tub.
USThe location was perfect!
USVery private and quiet. Downstairs is the perfect size for 2. It was very welcoming and warm. We immediately felt at home. The campfire that was set up outside was a nice surprise as it wasn’t in the description. They had some construction going on down the road, but it wasn’t a bother at all.
There isn’t anything we didn’t like. We have been to a few cabins and would definitely stay here again! We had suggestions for things to add, but it by no means lessened our liking of the cabin. 1. A small table on the porch for drinks while sitting outside. 2. An ashtray for smokers to reduce cigarette butts on the property (it was very clean and this was not a problem). 3. Another night table in the main level master suite 4. Speakers or a radio on the porch for music while in the hot tub or hangin out 5. TV in the master bedroom or even just upstairs for children or another couple if we were booking for more than 2 people. 6. A welcome binder with local places to check out, nearest grocery or gas, written instructions for the steps on what to do before leaving the property, etc…
USLove staying at the cabins!! So peaceful other than the construction going on.
I didn’t like nor did anyone with me like that we were charged for a cleaning fee yet every where we looked there were huge cob webs, even in the shower, and the hot tub was pretty dirty and I had to wash any dish before we used it..Pans were pretty dirty. We also could have been given an heads up that they are building another cabin below the one we stayed in and that construction crews would be coming by to get water for their tanks. Other than that it was great. A little more attention to cleaning and the cabins would get all excellent scores from us. We will be back again!
