Das Haus ist nahe an den Restaurants und den Strand von Flic en Flac. Kurze Fahrt zur Mall und zum Casela Park. Es war groß und sauber und normal ausgestattet. Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und einfach per WhatsApp erreichbar. Zimmer groß und mit Klimaanlage. Für Familien super. Auch ein paar Spiele waren vorhanden

Keine Klimaanlage im Hauptbereich (Küche, Wohnzimmer, Essbereich? Dadurch heizt sich das Haus sehr auf. Wir haben nachts gelüftet bzw offen gelassen. Keine Duschwand, somit ein sehr nasses Bad. Pool wurde schnell trüb, wurde aber umgehend gereinigt bei Bekanntgabe .

La maison est bien équipée propre et moderne. La petite terrasse et la piscine 1 plus pour profiter de l’extérieur sans vis à vis. Elle est proche des plages. Le linge de maison est suffisant

La cafetière est vraiment très petite pour une maison accueillant six personnes. Nous avons été obligé de faire 2 cafetières pour le petit dej alors que nous n’étions que 4. Petit investissement à faire

Прекрасная вилла. Современный дизайн, просторные комфортные комнаты. Наличие духовки, микроволновки, стиральной машины и посудомойки. Все прекрасно работает.

Далековато от океана. Наличие автомобиля решает эту проблему. Для комфортного наблюдения за закатами с крыши дома, было бы неплохо ее обустроить. Сделать пол и поставить пару кресел.

The property is sufficiently close to the main beach (about 1.2 mile) and the nice Cascavelle shopping centre (about 2 miles) but you do need to drive. It was useful to have a small pool at the back and it was regularly maintained and cleaned. There is plenty of parking space. The rooms are big and there is good living space. All the bedrooms have AC.

Unfortunately, the property has not been well maintained. There is no aircon in the living room/kitchen; it looked like there was an AC unit before but it got removed and not replaced which means the living room/kitchen can get very hot. One can cool that area down by having the aircon in the three bedrooms and leaving the bedroom doors open for a while. There were broken bathroom doors; the property was dusty in places and there was dust in the corners of the bathrooms under the beds and sofas. The bed linen in one room was unchanged/unclean as there was hair from the previous visitors on the bed linen. We had to vacuum and mopped the property to get in a clean condition and we had to bring in bed linen from family locally. There was a pest issue on the first day (which to be fair the owner did resolve very quickly). The property does not have a proper internet service/TV service. It is served by a 4G dongle which is slow and temperamental. Even if you have 5G on your phone and connect it to the TV, it won't work well because phone reception inside the property is not great (outside phone reception is better). There is a TV in the back bedroom which is useless as it is not connected to anything. If the owners have the property thoroughly cleaned properly, address the broken doors/furniture and install a proper internet and TV service, then it would meet the price they charge. Otherwise it is certainly not worth paying what the property is currently advertised for.

We had a wonderful stay at this villa in Mauritius. The property was very tidy, neat, and spotlessly clean, and it had all the utensils and equipment needed for cooking, which made our stay very comfortable. The location was great, not too far from the beach and conveniently close to Cascavelle Shopping Centre. The host, Ferd, was always available by phone and very helpful in sorting out any issues quickly. The villa had everything we needed, and we were extremely pleased with our stay. We would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it.

Cuisine un peu sous équipée mais nous avons surtout fréquenté les restaurants nombreux et variés dans la région .
