I would not recommend staying at this property. While the photos make it look appealing, the reality is very different. The overall condition is poor, with noticeable wear and tear throughout. Furniture is damaged, walls and curtains are in bad shape, and the bathroom accessories show signs of mould. Additionally, the mattress does not properly fit the bed base, making it uncomfortable to sleep. Overall, the property feels neglected and does not meet the expectations set by its listing.

Looked like the picture. We are average sized male and female and found it comfortable size (but would struggle with anyone more.) Handy little kitchen Good air conditioning. Very responsive host. Our electricity went out and I messaged them and within a few minutes they responded and kept in contact - going through the fuse box and were in contact with someone else to figure out what we could do to fix it. Nice to know there is the immediate support when needed. Easy check in/out.

When you open the door from outside into the first level, you immediately smell is damp. Now this was NOT present thankfully in the apartment but it wasn’t a good impression and if we were there any longer I would have been concerned. When we arrived - we noted we each had one small and one medium towel. As it’s hot, we asked for some more as we would be having a lot of showers. I had to ask twice. Not a deal breaker but maybe consider bringing some of your own. Uncomfortable bed and non - existent flat pillows. Did note some extras in the closet but had no covers and after the towels, we decided to leave it. (If you have any mobility issues, or have a lot of luggage - it is up very steep stairs.)

Our stay in Lisbon was excellent. The accommodation met and even exceeded our expectations: it was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as shown in the photos. The location is perfect! The host was very kind and attentive, always willing to help. Check-in was smooth and everything was well organized. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lisbon.

Sehr kleine, aber gemütlich und praktisch eingerichtete Wohnung, und durch die Glaswand zum Schlafzimmer wirkt das Apartment größer. Es gibt sogar einen kleinen Balkon. Gute Küchenausstattung für Frühstück und einfaches Kochen. Sehr sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Im Treppenhaus riecht es unangenehm und muffig, der Geruch blieb auch die ganze Zeit während unseres Aufenthalts. Nicht sehr einladend! Die Treppe ist sehr steil und eng - das war mit Gepäck etwas mühsam.

El departamento esta muy bien equipado para 2 personas. Es pequeño pero funcional y comodo. Si bien la calle en la que esta ubicado es un poco ruidosa debido a los bares que hay, esta bien ubicado. Hay restaurantes y lugares para desayunar muy cerca. Y se llega muy facil a todos lados.

Si bien el departamento estaba muy limpio, la infraestructura no está tan impecable como en las fotos. Las paredes estan todas marcadas, el sillón un poco manchado. Lamentablemente no tiene el mantenimiento adecuado y en las fotos se ve mucho mas impecable de lo que en verdad esta. Ademas el edificio en el que se encuentra esta muy mal mantenido y muy sucio. Incluso vimos cucarachas en las escaleras, en varias oportunidades. Entiendo que no es responsabilidad del departamento pero eso también hace a la experiencia y no es agradable encontrarte cucarachas, mal olor, o suciedad cada vez que entras al edificio.
