Loud music is not allowed on the property after 18:00 to maintain a peaceful environment for the neighbours, and quiet hours are from 21:00 to 8:00.  Please keep noise levels down during these times. Failure to do so will result in a USD 500 fine or immediate removal from the property. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. Please note that early check-in is subject to availability. All requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to approval by the property and must be requested in advance. The property will only accommodate the number of guests specified in the booking confirmation. In case of any additional guests or pets, please notify the property prior to arrival. Please note that pets are only allowed upon request and subject to approval. Please note that pets will incur an additional charge of USD 100 for up to 2 pets. Any damage to the pool equipment or loss to the property caused by guests will incur a charge of USD 1000. Pool toys and floaties shown in the photos are for staging purposes only and are not guaranteed to be available during your stay. However, guests occasionally leave behind floaties they’ve purchased, and when they do, we keep them at the property—so there are often some available for use.Managed by a private host A deposit may be required at the property.
