"The hotel did not replace toilet paper, or provide clean towels ( the ones in the room had a lot of stains)"

Just location

When we booked it didn’t mention is 2 floors up just stairs available. I went with Mom 83 years old. I called customer services and requested to move us down they said just for 2 days bc they have reservations. It makes our stay VERY difficult.

My air conditioning worked, fortunately!!!

We were on a family vacation and had two rooms. My brother & sisternlaws Air stopped working and they had to sleep in our room do to lack of response for the air to be fixed and you provided no solution for the issue! And on top of no air the pool was never cleaned and looked disgusting. I would never stay here again!

"Terrible sleepless night."

Location

No ability to communicate after hours. When we arrived around midnight there were people on the stairs talking. The pool was extremely cloudy to the point you couldn’t see the bottom. Once we got on the room there was no hot water after letting it run for over 30 minutes moving the handle to every setting. Then we went to bed & the bed was cracked/broken in the center frame. Not only uncomfortable each time you made any movement it would crack & the noise was louder.

Clean and close to beach

Confusing parking...saw that there were parking with assigned number...but did not know if you could park there.
