Manque certains équipements : planche à découper, économe, micro-ondes Voisin du dessus tire fréquemment ses chaises ou autres sur le sol ce qui devient vite désagréable L'emplacement de l'appartement à les défauts de ses qualités : le train passant juste à côté c'est donc assez bruyant mais heureusement très supportable la nuit car peu de trains

Bardzo dobry kontakt z gospodarzem. Mieszkanie bardzo czyste, z bardzo dobrze działającą klimatyzacją. Dojazd na 2 piętro windą. Pod oknem można znaleźć miejsce parkingowe. Supermarket po drugiej stronie ulicy czynny przez cały dzień do wieczora. Bardzo blisko stacji kolejowej.

Big Thanks to our host Fredrik, everything was fabulous in the beautiful apartment and the location was brilliant so close to train station for Cinque Terre. Check in was very easy and Fredrik was always available for communication, he allowed us early check in and late check out. I would highly recommend Nest of Charm apartment and will definitely tell my Friends and Family to stay there should they ever visit La Spezia and Cinque Terre.

Everything Perfect

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The location is absolutely perfect, just a short walk to the train station and the town centre, making it super convenient for exploring the area. The apartment itself is very spacious, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully furnished. We especially loved the charming little balcony, perfect for a morning coffee or evening wind-down. Having a supermarket nearby was also a big plus. Overall, a great place to stay and one we would definitely highly recommend!

The location is great 4 min walk from the train station to visit the 5 terre. A supermarket in front of the door and a lot parking place into the street. The apartment is spacious and well decorated

A microwave is missing in the kitchen.

Everything was perfect

Check out time (10 AM) was little bit early . The cleaning lady knocked the door at 10 AM, She allowed us to stay another 30 mins but the check out time should be 11 AM. Thanks for everything
