"Apartment is on the 5th floor, doubt if it is ok for elder travelers or travelers with children."

Enough space for 3 people. Balcony is a plus. Free parking is a plus.

I'd say host should take care about neatness and cleanness. Also its normal to expect wi-fi connection in the year 2024 :)
