"A great place to stay."

Everything you need for a hassle free stay away. Space enough for our family of 8, including a toddler and all the stuff that they bring with them! Great location close to the beach, plus 10 mins from Dawlish Warren train station. Nice quiet location with swimming pool on site and plenty of options for food.

We should have stayed longer.

"Clean and good location but the clubhouse is closed Tuesday to Thursday. No bar, nothing."

Excellent location just a 10 min walk from the beach and attractions. Plenty of contact from the landlord who was available for any issues we may have had.

Two double bedrooms, clean, comfortable and cozy.
