Staff very friendly. Location good.

Cleanliness can be improved.

The room was not so big but there were what I needed to stay comfortably. The location is closed to Mangga Besar Train Station and many convenient stores, restaurants and shops. There is even a night market not far from the property. The best of best was the fabulous buffet breakfast with so many types of food and drinks. Lodging fee is quite acceptable. This is an economic place with outstanding breakfast.

When I checked in, there was a guy yelling in the hall. Some of the staff are not good at speaking English, thus I had to use Google Translate to communicate with them. Although I left "Do Not Disturb" sign on but still a cleaning staff wanted to enter my room.

The room was clean and tidy, the breakfast was good and had many option to choose.

There was a lot noise outside room late at night, like the sound of a chair being moved. It woke me up many times. The bathroom door need to be fixed, because it couldn't be closed properly. And the water faucet in the sink also needs to be repaired
