Novo 8 Residence - 10mins to Jonker Street

First, the security guard and the owner are very kind and caring, they are pleased to solve our problems ! The owner reply my message immediately and clear.❤️ Second, the facilities of the apartment are completed, such as swimming pool and basketball court, we could have a quite fun there. Third, the facilities in the room are completed. The toilet and the environment of the room are comfortable and clean! Forth, various famous places are nearby the apartment, such as - Jonker Street - The Stadthuys - Malacca River - AEON Mall Bandaraya Melaka, Mahkota Parade, Dataran Pahlawan - Kebaya Nyonya Melaka - Famous Nyonya Restaurant - Pantai Klebang, Pantai Puteri - variety type of well-known Cafe ! The grab is very easy to be called at the apartment.

There is no supermarket down the apartment. But it's not a big matter, because there are quite lots of shopping mall nearby the apartment.

The location is near to the places we visited and very convenient.

The place was centre of city.

Comes with 1 car park only, for extra need to apply with the owner. But owner is very helpful

strategic location, near to town area. Love the facilities ie swimming pool, & children playground. Easy to check in. The rooms are clean, spacious, with free parking.
