Saavutettavuus oli hyvä. Lastenvaunut mahtuivat asuntoon ja niillä pääsi sujuvasti liikkumaan uuden talon käytäviä pitkin.

Parvekkeen ovi oli tosi hankala saada kiinni. Ovea sai vetää kaikin voimin, jotta kahvan sai käännettyä kiinni.
