M1 City Centre 3 Bed 3 Bath Luxe Penthouse

Flat was great, well presented and clean. We were a group of five friends and found it very comfortable. Location was excellent for what we wanted, good options for going out and good proximity to train stations. Communications with host was excellent.

Spacious and very good location

The escalator was out of function during my 3 nights stay, but the staff didn’t inform me before, my room was on the 4th floor, very heavy to carry the suitcases. By doing so, the door passcode was incorrect, but i can’t contact the staff, lucky that another guest let us in. So I can get the key from lockbox. The dishes and pot were dirty. I hv to clean them once before using.

Location and layout. Nice airy space with good facilities and comfy beds. Host contact was really helpful and sorted us into property quickly when we had to book on day due to another property letting us down. Also offered a later checkout as a gesture given we had incurred such a lot of stress with having to rearrange our property. Was really grateful for their friendly and efficient service.

No blind in skylight in ceiling for upstairs bedroom so morning sunlight literally streaming in to room from 5.30 am. This needs sorting asap as you can’t expect people to sleep with such a significant amount of light.

Great place, almost luxiorious

The toilet/ bathroom on the second floor was an open space on the stairhall? Weird- especially with friends sitting downstairs ? There is another one so it is just a quirk I guess :)

The property is a complete SCAM. It’s unkept with dirt and water marks all over the walls. It was dirty on the floor and hadn’t been cleaned. As soon as you walk into your apartment there was a mattress left outside which is disgusting.

Excellent penthouse, that has all the amenities you can possibly need. Great choice for larger groups as well. The location is very convenient and close to everything.
