Very wide studio room with amenities just enough for travelers. But get your own toiletries- toothbrush and paste, etc. The room was clean and no bad odors. The futon and sleeping sheets were clean and comfortable. I had a very good sleep after a long day of hiking. The building also offers an onsen for guests for free (I didn't try, so can't comment about it). The staff at the lobby was very accommodating, polite, and helpful. Thank you very much!

Not sure if the bathing area should have a curtain or none at all. I was worried the sliding glass door/window was visible outside. Location: Try to go there while there is still sunlight so you can see the signage! I got there when it was already dark and I thought I was lost, because it seemed like I was going to a temple and there was no inn/hotel anywhere! But the place is actually like part of a Buddhist compound. So NO WORRIES, just go straight on ahead inside the compound, look for the big tree in the middle, and behind it is the building. Or just ask any human around. They're very helpful :)
