Location almost good, heater in bed blanket, behaviour of staff in reception good, tried to resolve some issues related to tv connection, absence of water

Family room is not worthy as per the price, broken bathroom hanger, one day there was no water for quite some time, less option in breakfast, attitude and behavioural issue of the lady in charge of breakfast, late arrangement with very less option. Cable and network connection poor
