Casa Oceanus - 2BDR w Pool & Relaxing Balcony - 5 mins Downtown

Apartamento amplio y luminoso, con dos balcones, con todo lo necesario (utillaje, mantas, aire acondicionado...) TV con canales de pago, WIFi... La piscina una maravilla ( y eso que en octubre el bar estaba cerrado), limpia, hamacas super comodas. Me sentí como en casa... Cesar fue muy amable, tuvimos un problemilla con la cerradura y en seguida se solucionó.

Por porner alguna pega (aunque a mi no me importó), hay unas escaleras bastante empinadas para llegar al apartamento. El alojamiento no está en el mismo bloque que la piscina y las vistas de los balcones son a patio y a una casa abandonada.

Great location, very clean and very confident

I just love the property

We were pleased with the excellent communication and smooth key handover process. The apartment impressed us with its impeccable cleanliness, and it truly felt like a home away from home, equipped with everything one would typically have in their own residence, including items for a beach outing. This thoughtful provision saved us the hassle of purchasing those items separately. We also liked the swimming pool a lot with a max depth of 2.80 metres that allows you to take a proper dive :)

We found several positive aspects during our stay, but there were a few minor aspects that didn't quite meet our preferences. The balconies on both sides were charming, offering a cozy space perfect for couples to enjoy breakfast outdoors. However, for families with two kids like ours, the balcony size made it a bit challenging to comfortably spend time together outside. Additionally, the balcony view was a tad underwhelming, with our front-facing view overlooking a ruin. On occasion, especially for late arrivals after 11pm, we encountered a slight challenge finding available parking spaces around the corner. Although the apartment is conveniently located just steps away from the swimming pool, we were surprised that the pool wasn't visible from our unit. We had initially expected to keep an eye on our kids while they enjoyed the pool, but unfortunately, that wasn't feasible. While we appreciated the proximity of the swimming pool, we did notice that the poolside seating was limited, and some of the available loungers were in need of repair. Despite these minor points, we had an overall enjoyable stay and appreciated the positive aspects of the accommodation.

Localização: 5 minutos a pé até ao cais, sem pressas. É uma zona bastante central, fácil de encontrar e perto de pelo menos 2 supermercados e vários restaurantes localizados junto ao cais ou na sua proximidade. Limpeza: impecável. Espaços: para uma familia de 4 é perfeito. Acesso à piscina: exclusividade do condomínio garantida por uma chave de acesso; a piscina tem bar.. sentimo-nos nas caraíbas. O pessoal do bar: 5 estrelas. Entrega das chaves: rápido e eficiente. Extras: na arrecadação logo ao lado da porta de entrada, há uma tábua para a miudagem experimentar fazer skiming, e tb há máscara e barbatanas para ainda fazer snorkling. A cozinha está equipada QB para cozinhar, e existe uma máquina de café. O apartamento tem 2 varandas: 1 a sul, virada para o interior do condominio, a outra para o exterior, lado norte.

O único problema que encontrei nem depende dos proprietários do apartamento, ou de quem gere o espaço. É a vista para norte, para uma casa que está em ruinas e precisa de recuperação.
