no room windows could be opened and rusty/moldy from rain. we could use some baking sheets.

The host was very responsive regarding any issues we had. The place is comfortable and spacious, the pictures certainly match our experience. The kitchen is decently equipped and the rooms are comfortable. Not the absolute best location in Austin, but it's close enough and great for the price. There's an HEB right around the corner which is nice too.

There were some mishaps in the beginning as we were (unknowingly) directed to the wrong apartment, which hadn't been cleaned as it wasn't supposed to be used since it had a roach problem. The host was very nice and responsive once he noticed, but still, we had to move mid-stay. The actual apartment was clean, though unfortunately we still saw a couple roaches (maybe it's just an issue in the area). Not a big deal, as fortunately we never saw any in the bedrooms nor counters.

Saw at least 10 cockroaches during my short stay, mostly in the kitchen. Kitchen is not stocked very well. You get what you pay for with this one, its pretty bare bones.

It's good size two bedroom apartment. Furniture was still in great condition same as the pictures. The beds were comfortable and AC was working. We traveled as a family of four and were happy in it.

The apartment is old, eventhough it has a nice makeup, you see it when you open the kitchen cabinets. The shower curtain was dirty, probably something spilled over and dried that way. What made us deduct 2 points is that we encountered 3 cockroaches during our one night stay. This may be due to the age of the compound but it wasn't pleasant.
