Ranta-alue oli kiva, mutta kaipaa korjausta. Ei kovin siistiä missään ylipäätänsä ja vanhat tilat/kalusteet. Henkilökunta oli parasta paikassa.

Suihkun lattia ja huoneen siisteys heikensi muuten hyvää majoitusta. Rakennuksen muut tilat olivat myös epäkuntoisen näköisiä.

Das Hotel war leider eine große Enttäuschung. Die Sauberkeit ließ stark zu wünschen übrig: Im Badezimmer herrschte ein unangenehmer Geruch, und im gesamten Apartment waren Flecken an den Wänden und Möbeln sichtbar. Besonders störend war, dass das Wasser über mehrere Stunden ausgefallen ist. Zusätzlich war das Bettzeug sehr alt und abgenutzt, mit sichtbaren Rissen und Flecken. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt alles andere als angenehm, und ich würde dieses Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen.

Definitivamente las piscinas la playa después de las piscinas el chiringuito en la playa la buena ubicación del lugar, tenía de todo como en casa ame lo cordiales que fueron los dueños y lo serviciales le prestaron hasta juguetes y hinchables a mi hija para su estancia nos recogieron cuando nos perdimos en la ciudad son un encanto, el hotel es precioso me encanto todo la comida y el personal todo excelente.

No tengo nada negativo que decir es un flipe

La struttura mostra qualche segno di usura in quanto il resort ha già qualche annetto, ma il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole e confortevole, la posizione molto buona e la gentilezza dello staff ha fatto la sua parte! Il ristorante sulla spiaggia è gestito in modo un po' artigianale ma il personale è davvero disponibile e il cibo è molto buono, di gran lunga migliore del ristorante a buffet del resort.

Il resort avrebbe bisogno di maggiore manutenzione, inoltre essendo molto grande, purtroppo ci sono parti praticamente abbandonate e inutilizzate che stonano rispetto alla bellezza del posto.

Unfortunately I have nothing to list in that section other than the positive support of Booking.com in refunding the cancelled nights, as my booking was for 4 nights and I checked out after spending the 1st night.

Definitely my worst experience with accommodation bookings in 15+ years.The apartment that I've stayed at is definitely different than the one booked. There was no washing machine in the apartment as advertised. There was no refrigerator in the apartment as advertised but a semi functional minibar. No iron in the apartment as advertised. No microwave in the apartment as advertised. No toilet paper as advertised. No soap in the apartment. The apartment had roaches in it. After killing 3 roaches during the day, I found 3 new big ones at night after dinner. The stove top is a 2 burners electric flat stove with one burner not working and the second one is semi functional. The room was smelly because of the bathroom. The apartments section personnel are noisy and shouting most of the time. Most facilities are outdated and most guests are day use guests. You pay EGP 50 for the Registration card.

The apartment is set in a resort so my review incorporates opinions of the resort too because it forms part of the experience. The apartment had everything we needed, fine if you want to self cater and we thought about it but we mainly just made coffee and tea. Good sized, comfortable bed. Plenty of space, table, chairs and sofa. It even has a washing machine which we used as this place was our "wind down" time after weeks of touring egypt. On the resort site we used the Lilyways fish/pizza restaurant, the breakfasts were tasty and filling, and the pizza was nice, done in a pizza oven. Their juices are excellent and half the price of anywhere else on site. The restaurant on site that looks like a shisha bar was way overpriced for Egyptian food, we used the starfish restaurant outside the main gate, highly recommended, fabulous food. In the resort the waterpark slides were fun and the resort has numerous nice pools. It has a good bit of beach. The resort is kept clean. The gardens in the resort are lovely and give it a nice feel. The shops on site were expensive - haggling in a shop for an extremely overpriced can of beer with an arsey shop owner was not what I wanted, no prices on anything in his shop at all... but go out the gate and there are a couple of good general shops for groceries/pastries and one called "drinkies", very low prices. There's a nice bit of reef to snorkel around at the far end of the pier. We walked out the front gate of the resort and used the "in drive" app for taxis. It's an uber substitute. It works well and the prices are fair (we always added a bit of a tip when the drivers were nice anyway) you won't have to deal with rip off taxi drivers or vastly elevated fares from the resort taxi tout. We went to the aquarium from here, it was an enjoyable half day out.
