Spacious Oceanfront Condo - Bay Watch 1138

The property is very nice. All rooms are fairly updated, especially the kitchen with its appliances and such. The property owner provides all of the essentials for the kitchen. The tub with jets is a great addition, especially for those evenings after the beach or long softball games. The property provided beach towels, which we thought was very thoughtful. The only thing we thought that could be improved was the lighting in the bedroom, even with all of the lamps and window light it was very low. Also, our towels were never exchanged during the week. I’m not sure if that is the norm and that is okay if so, we’ve never stayed through an owner before. 7 days is a long time with a limited amount of towels and no washer/dryer in the unit. Also, we were only given 3 rolls of toilet tissue, again a week is a very long time for that as well. All in all, the unit is very nice, very pretty decor, and a nice location. We did not see any staff whatsoever during our visit, so I wasn’t sure how to rate that. We did however, hear them across the hall or outside being loud. The pools were nice, the beach access is great, the hot tubs didn’t seem to be hot or working in some areas, but the pools were great.

Towels not being exchanged the entire week, again not sure if that’s normal in an owner owned property. Not enough toilet tissue provided, again may be the same reason as above. The staff of the resort was not seen, but definitely heard slamming doors and yelling at times. There is a strong scent of them also using illegal substances in the vicinity of our room, not on the owner.
