Very convenient for my stay as my office work is near and also in the evenings SM Mall around the corner

All is well the u it itself is well maintained and kept well. Suggest to just check the bathroom basin Tap is loose and Shower is a bit dirty. Dining room chair may do well with a bit of shampoo cleaning. Rest the u it is excellent.

Place is clean and neat worth the money and would definitely book again

Location is god, near the highway and malls. The unit is good and clean with just minor issues. The position of bed in the bedroom is just not comfortable because the air from aircon is blowing in your face. The host is accommodating. Security is strict.

Everytime you park you have to show your booking paper…they should issue a pass or card to hang in the car when parking, it’s just causing a delay. The position of bed in the room should be changed cause the air from air conditioning blows in your face. The caretaker should be inform properly when someone is renting. She’s not aware that we are coming.
