Nice decor in the property

Not great for transporting luggage for a family of 5 including an autistic child ! No tin opener !

Easy check in

No hot water on the Saturday when we all needed showers, nobody got back to me, when I sent a message about the issue. Managed to find a number to ring, managed to get the issue sorted after a few hours. The floor couldn't have been mopped before we checked in, because my wife was walking about in bare feet and they were filthy. We all ended up having to have a cold shower on the Saturday, because we only got the hot water sorted about 13:15 hours and we were meeting friends for lunch at 13:30 hours.

"Great location and great host and good value for the money."

It was a great stay for us and we really had enjoyed the stay. The location was great, the house was great the parking was cheap and in a minute walking distance. The place was clean and well taken care of. The host was wonderful and everything was great.

It was clean, tidy and had all we needed for a short stay. The televisions were excellent in size and content available. It was very useful to have Wi-Fi.

We were 3 pensioners and found the steep stairs quite difficult to manage. If we had mobility issues it would have been a problem. It was also a bit further from the town centre than we thought.

"Well equipped house but could do with a good clean"

The property was well equipped and had everything we needed, also nicely decorated. This property isn’t ideal if you have young children which is no fault of the property. The communication was great throughout the stay.

Unfortunately the cleanliness of the property was very disappointing, especially the bathroom. Having to clean the shower before using it because previous people’s shavings/hair was still in it, isn’t what you want to be doing after a 4 hour drive. Cleaners were sent out the next day to clean this up. Overall, the whole house could do with a deep clean.

"Beautiful clean and comfortable place to stay."

Modern and stylish place to stay. Kitchen was all equipped. Everything was clean. There is plenty around within walking distance. Messages were all answered quickly. Was a lovely stay would definitely recommend.
