"Enjoyable"

I did not get an email, as promised, on the day of travel (or beforehand) advising me of the code to the key safe. I was unable to contact Booking.com for assistance andhad to use another booking site to contact the property owner to get access. In fact i was extremely disappointed by Booking.com as I had tried to contact them months in advance to answer some Q's and got no reply.

Very poor customer service from Booking.com

Excellent location just off the bottom of Kendal high street. Host was very responsive.

Great for us, but might not be for very tall people. Some low ceilings.

Great location in the heart of Kendal with easy access to all local amenities Perfect layout inside very cosy and homely, clean and well equipped We took our two young children and dog and it catered perfectly for us all.
