GBBeautiful villa, very clean with everything provided in a very quiet neighbourhood. Only a 30min walk to marina. Very sad to leave.

GBHost communication prior to and during our stay was excellent. Great villa in a quiet location with everything you could possibly need for your stay. Host even left a couple of bottles of wine and coffee pods for our stay. Villa was brilliantly clean and really well stocked with everything you need for a comfortable holiday. My wife and I have been staying in villas for nearly 4 decades and I've never written a review but this place exceeded expectations and was worthy of a mention. Guests notice and appreciate the things that make a difference. If only every villa could match Serena's gold standard.

GBThis property and the management company were a very lucky find for us having been badly let down with a prior booking whilst already on the island. From the get go everything was provided so that we could have a relaxing vacation. The property being on one of the newest developments in PB was in great order with modern appliances that all worked, lots of kitchen equipment that other villas in Lanzarote don't provide and really efficient air conditioning. It felt very much like a home from home. We visited in November so not sure what the surroundings would be like in high season as the property is directly next to the development's swimming pool however noise from there wasn't a problem during our stay. We did have some noise from the adjoining property as a young family were present whilst we were there but didnt cause us any real issues. One of the really nice features of this property is the roof terrace which is great for watching the sunset over Fuerteventura in the distance. Already planning our next visit!
There wasn't a black out blind in the "main"bedroom" but other than that am struggling to find fault anywhere with this property. The management company's staff are excellent and respond quickly to questions or requests.
GBBeautiful modern home that had everything we could possibly need. Very private and quiet even though it's by the road (no cars most of the time). The location is great even for people without a car like ourselves - there's a bus stop 10 minutes away, a shopping centre, cafes and restaurants, 2 supermarkets and the beach is only 20-25 minutes away on foot. We are definitely coming back, this house is a love at first sight for us :)

GBBeautiful villa with excellent facilities. Pool and garden area were immaculate with lovely outdoor furniture. Would recommend to families and couples. Short drive to the marina where lots of lovely restaurants located and 5 minute to local beach.
