The property was clean, comfortable and spacious and was tastefully decorated. It was a luxurious apartment.

Super location in town... short walk to Poole Quay, shops and bars with Sainsbury local across the street... so useful! Secure parking for more than one car. Apartment was spacious with some funky touches... not just the wallpaper! Having en suite as well as bathroom was essential with four adults sharing and showers worked well.

Outside space (balcony) looked over rooftops so not the most attractive view. Gulls could be noisy early morning.

The apartment is very modern, spacious and clean. Centrally located to the Quay and restaurants, pubs and cafes. Instructions on directions to get there were very good so was entry to the premises. Off street parking a bonus. However, in the instructions for accessing cards for entry to apartment it did not specify the room number - so trial and error when we accessed the lockers. Nice balcony to have cold drinks but not a great view. Kitchen is modern and suitably stocked with plates, cutlery and glasses. Nice touch with coffee, tea, sugar and biscuits available. Bedrooms have plenty of storage and beds are comfortable. Bathrooms again spacious but no shampoo, conditioner provided. Main bedroom has a mirror which has dangerous protrusions - “antlers” surrounding it at head height. Minor cut on head as a result. Be aware once booked through Booking.com there are extra conditions required - scanned identity (drivers license), security deposit of £250 (release date up to 7 days) and signature of conditions of stay. This seems not only over the top since Booking.com has all your details but also locks up your card for that amount - totally unacceptable. For a couple of days stay to visit Poole and surrounds it is in a great position. One big downside is the late check in 4pm. In all our extensive travels most if not all have a 2pm check in (early check in will cost you a £25 payment as does a late check out after 10am) Very Greedy!! All of the extra requirements as stated above should be made clear when making your booking. You need to decide whether to book this place after reading these comments.
