Parking is very difficult in the area. The laneway in not a good option as it is easy to get blocked in

The property was a large beautiful residence. Furnishings and facilities in the property very good. Well laid out, spacious and comfortable. Everything in very good, clean condition. Excellent for the family get together planned. Location for beach / shops/ restaurants/ parks all near by.

The garden and front area were in need of attention but this did not detract from the holiday. A garden due to the location was not needed. There was a light flashing constantly day and night at an opposite property which shone into one bedroom at night. It would have been good to have had an outside house hold rubbish bin to put the bin bags from inside the house in.

Everything was just perfect highly recommended Hosts were really helpful and friendly

Very nicely decorated and well prepared home, ideal for a family get-together.

We loved everything about it. Huge property, very clean, warm, ideal location for our children's swimming competion & lots of amenities close by. Host extremely helpful & responsive.

No aspects we didn't like.

The house is lovely, beds are comfy and lots of space. Garden is nice, staff are very quick at replying and answered all our Q's. I had a bottle of bubbly in the fridge which was a nice treat for my 30th which was the reason for our stay

We had only 3 toilet rolls for 7 people for the entire weekend and when asked were told we had to buy anymore ourselves, there was no coffee and no sugar although all of the above were listed as being provided by the hosts. There were no teatowels, this made the washing up and use of the kitchen very difficult. These little things are all what makes a stay comfortable and convenient and it really removed the ability to relax. We also had no hot water for the first 24 hours, we managed to sort in the end but this was towards the end of our stay, perhaps the instructions for how to use the heating should have been made clearer in the booklet. When asking the hosts about the hot water they were quick to reply but didn't seem to be confident in how to get the hot water on and said 'if that doesn't work then I'm really not sure', which when you're hoping for a nice relaxing bathe on your birthday, just felt like it ruined it a little. The hosts were on holiday themselves which I understand but of course it just added to the inability to relax when wanting a bath or shower....
