Valet was easy, room was clean and spacious, jetted tub worked properly.

It was unclear if it had a balcony or not, pictures showed it did and the rules talked about a balcony, we did not have a balcony. Although after reading about it it did say if you have a balcony so if that. Could just be clearly stated that balconies aren't guaranteed.

The location. It's proximity to MGM Grand Arena where we had the convention. And the amenities: the mini kitchen; the lazy pool 😍. The size of the room is big for a studio. The room is clean and well appointed. This is my 2nd time staying @ The Signature. Definitely will recommend the place and would love to come back

The fact that we were not informed that there's a different location for Uber passenger pick-up. Not the lobby! Also, maybe provide a full size or regular size chopping board.. The one in the room is small 😒

Room settings, host is very patience and nice, clean, valet parking

It's hard to find the place, especially the parking lot. I wished there was a map to show how it relates to the main MGM Grand casino, where to park the car, etc. It's very confusing for the first time. Also the parking lot and the garage is too small for the guests, so end up I have to park my car at the self parking garage which is about 15 minutes walking and carrying things, etc. Also I hope the police can explain clearly that there will be a fee if you need the house cleaning and towels, etc.

Loved the room. Linens were great. Loved the kitchenette arrangement. Great view. Quiet.

Our room was not clean upon arrival even though it was 5 pm. However, we made a call and the cleaning service was there within 20 mins and room was cleaned immediately. It worked out ok because we needed to eat dinner anyway. Also, we think it would add to the comfort of the room to provide coffee service for the mornings. There is a 12 c coffee pot, but coffee pods for a only 4 c pot. Otherwise the room was excellent!
