電気チカチカする、皿洗い機食べかすが残っており汚く異臭がする。洗濯機に濡れたタオルあり、カーテンなし、バルコニーの扉に鍵が掛からない、布団に一部シミあり。家族がここには泊まれないと言うので他のホテルを予約してこのアパートから出た。一体どのように管理されているのだろう? お客が退出した後に管理者は確認していないのか?? 前払いだったのでお金は戻らないと思うが２泊分の料金を捨てたことになった。

Sehr gute Anbindung, Wohnung ist durch viele große Fenster schön hell und bietet auch ausreichend Platz

Für ruhebedürftige ist Wohnung weniger geeignet ist eben in der Stadt. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern aber ok Ansonsten einige kleine Macken wie schlecht reinigende Spülmaschiene, Rollos die nicht funktionieren oder fehlendendem Sichtschutz

Il est loué pour 5 mais c’est du vol!! Il y a un lit 140 pour 2, puis un lit 100-110 environ dans lequel on ne peut pas mettre 2 personnes…et c’est tout!!! Quand on arrive à 5 ça ne pose aucun problème au propriétaire qui explique qu’on peut se tasser dans le petit lit, et que le cinquième peut dormir sur le canapé (qui ne se déplie pas!!). L’appart est très sale, le petit lit est immonde, plein de taches d’urine et il n’y a meme pas d’alèse. Nous avons du partir au bout d’une nuit pour l’hôtel. Le propriétaire est malhonnête car il m’a dit que personne ne se plaignait. Alors que j’ai ensuite regardé les commentaires (ce que j’aurais dû faire avant!) qui signalent déjà tout cela! Vraiment honteux. Il manque aussi de nombreuses ampoules sur les luminaires. Et les photos ne sont qu’une mise en scène, l’appartement est très loin d’être aussi chaleureux !

Städningen kunde varit bättre. Madrasserna saknade madrasskydd och var väldigt fläckiga. Det fanns även fläckar i soffan. Fläkten över spisen har nog aldrig blivit rengjord och ventilationen i övriga rum var igentäppt med damm och smuts. Till följd av det var det väldigt varmt och kvavt i lägenheten.

Conveniently located apartment large enough for a comfortable staying of 4 people. The host promptly addressed all issues related to staying.

Some improvements of electrical circuits would be of advantage.

The location of the apartment is very good, close to the tram station and grocery store and restaurants are nearby. The apartment is also good and spacious.

The bed size in one of the room is not comfortable for 2 people. The apartment is good if you are 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults.

Unfortunately, this apartment was a major disappointment. The photos shown online do not reflect the reality at all. The bedding was dirty with visible stains, which made us feel very uncomfortable. There was no curtain on the living room window, and the curtain in the second bedroom was broken — sunlight came in early every morning, making it hard to sleep. The bathroom design was also poorly thought out: the shower area is level with the rest of the floor, so the entire bathroom gets flooded after one shower.

It’s in the prime location!

The property owners require you to clean the property before leaving (meaning remove the sheets, replace the garbage bags and etc which was a surprise), while the property is far from clean itself. The shower drainage is clogged, making all bathroom a swimming pool with every shower you take. Towels had a bad smell. The dishwasher had dishes in there already prior to us coming, so not really clear if those were clean overall…
