Facilities barely adequate See thru bathroom/toilet is a real turnoff. No sets of anything Frying pan was junk No basic TV available... Front door in disrepair No sockets for fan etc

1. Bedding. Could you please consider changing the bed. I slept one day on the bed and the rest of the days were spent on the couch in the leaving room whilst making us of the cushions to improve comfort. 2. There were no curtains installed along the kitchen windows, exposing my privacy. At some point whilst naked, I was shocked to see someone cleaning the windows from outside and I just left speechless. 3. I was promised a remote to access the parking but there no such in the key box and I had to always explain to the Security team (Thanks to their friendly service) whilst going in and out. 4. The air conditioner was not functional.

The appartment is really well situated and spacious. Will fully recommend for a couple with kids or 2 couples. The view to table mountain is amazing and no issues on the security inside. We had water and electricity throughout our stay and the team managing the appartment is helpful and very customer oriented ensuring everything goes on smoothly. A complimentary cleaning service was offered during the stay as well as a parking slot, though we didn't rent any car. The apartment is 5mins walk from long street and lot of shops around to be visited. Thank you to Crecencia from the property management team for the warm welcome and help during the check-in

Nothing much with regards to the appartment however the street is a bit shady in the afternoon specially being next to a liquor store,one would like to be cautious in general. To note that hangers in the bathrooms would be appreciated and some padding would be required for the chairs and sofas to be more comfortable. Wouldn't mind if the swimming pool was a bit warmer😅

The location was great, and the security of the building is very helpful. The overall experience of the building itself was great, and the parking is also very secure. The collection of the keys to the apartment was very easy.

The fact that we booked a 3-night stay and did not have any water to shower, we had to boil bottled water and put it in the bath just to be able to wash. This was very frustrating as I could not wash my hair for 3 days. We reported this but no help or feedback was given. The building Manager only got in contact with us after we checked out of the apartment. The apartment has central aircon system, but it is not working properly. There is no ventilation in the rooms at all and the windows cannot open to let some air in the rooms, it can only open for about 5cm, but the wind close it as soon as you open it, so it does not help.

It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. It was close to major places and we didn’t feel unsafe.
